EVERYTHING STARTED WITH THE NAME
We wanted to keep a piece of tradition in the name itself. That's why we chose a genuine Slovak name, which is derived from the historical name of this area - Maladinky.
Maladinovo, however, is not only a brand to us. It is our philosophy.

We are no developers. We are ordinary people and we believe that's where our strength lies. And although the word honesty is often misused today - come and see with your own eyes that honesty is not extinct yet.
We have set up our services in such way that you can fully enjoy everything you invest in your stay. Your individual requests will not be seen as a burden - but rather as potential to make your stories even better.

We don't want to just take from our region, like many others do - we want to give back what it gives to us.
We believe that things in life only work if they are done with pure intentions and with respect for nature. That's why we planted Maladinovo in Liptov in a way which brings benefits to our guests but also to the area as such.

We started working on our vision in 2018 and we are planning more interesting things for you in future, such as a congress centre and an attraction centre or a beach with a pier.

Although I graduated with great effort from the technical school in Brno, after a few years it was clear that this was not for me. But I took college as an opportunity and it paid off - I gained valuable experience working in an international student organization, working in a corporate or organizing events for start-ups. It is a great pleasure for me to be able to return to my beloved Liptov with these experiences and use them in Maladinov.

Art, design, architecture - this was something that fascinated me since childhood, so after graduating from high school and two degrees of art school, applying to a design college was the only possible choice. Studying in Brno was not only a school of design but also a school of life, where my personality developed, my horizons broadened and where I understood which direction I would take. After graduating, my next steps were directed to Prague, where I gained key experience in interior design, visualization and 2D graphics. After this stage came the opportunity to collaborate on a project where the potential is not only to capitalize on their previous experience but also to fully develop its potential and jointly participate in a dream called Maladinovo.

Although my major in high school was marketing, I was always more interested in management and economics, so I decided to continue doing so in college. I worked mainly in corporations in various accounting and administrative positions. Anyone who knows me at least a little knows that I am an ambitious person. I have always liked to move on at work, and therefore I see in Maladin's opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I am looking forward to being able to develop my previous experience in Maladinov and at the same time I will have the opportunity to learn from the best.

Family, time spent in nature and my work is what I love. I like challenges that move me forward. I enjoy creating new recipes and changing old ones. I worked abroad for more than 20 years, of which 17 years as a chef. I gained valuable experience there, especially in the field of Mediterranean cuisine.

I believed in the Maladin project from the very beginning, which ultimately forced me to move to this region with my whole family. Since Maladinovo is in a beautiful environment and you have a life here in every way, I care as much as possible that everything works according to the ideas and, of course, the customer's wishes. Since graduating from the Hotel Academy, I have been fully committed to the hotel and tourism industry. Liptov has become my heart, as it is one of the most popular tourist and recreational destinations in Slovakia. I try to make the best use of my experience from the hotel industry, tourism but also from the spa area in my work and thus bring our clients the best recommendations.

I do not participate in regular operations, but I evaluate and comment on suggestions and ideas from the outside, as an unbiased observer, or as an end customer, as I have the most experience with it. In my opinion, many of the right people are involved in the project, who will make the MALADINOVO project a concept in Liptov.

I have lived and worked in gastronomy all my life. It's my job, my hobby, my passion. After studying high school and university hotel school, I worked in various positions in Prague restaurants and hotels, where I gained valuable experience. Today, I use them in the implementation of the Bernard Pub franchise concept, building turnkey restaurants and gastronomic consulting.
